I originally contacted Club L London when I saw a dressed I fell in love with online that was a ore order item. Me being last minute.com with everything I needed it two weeks for an event and I live in Australia. The customer care team responded to be so quickly and advised as soon as it reached their wearhouse it would be dispatched. And shipping would be 3-5business days meaning it would arrived the day before my event. I received an email last week to say my order has been received and ready for shipping l, then received a message last night to say my order was on it was and I just received it this morning. 4 days earlier than anticipated which was fantastic AAAANNNND I loooove it. Quality, style, design, packaging everything amazing and handled with care. Thanks so much. I felt like a valued customer with the care, attention and how responsive the customer care team were.
