Amazingly fast delivery and return process. Both tracked with tracking info emailed to you for convenience. Great quality items, priced fairly. My only gripe is that my item looks longer in the image online but, even sized up it was quite short. Probably not the retailers fault though as the model could have been tiny but, the image made her look tall, 5ft 9ish (I'm 5ft 4).
