In the past I had a great experience with club london. Nice dresses and quick and easy returns. What's happened? Bought a dress for my daughter. Way too small and cheap material. Returned. Tracked. No refund. Company waits until you get fed up asking for refund and keeps the money. DO NOT BUY FROM CLUB LONDON. Such a shame as they used to be good.
