I am going through a terrible experience with this company. I am also unclear whether the email responses are AI generated or not. I ordered a dress for AUD 411 on the 31st of August. Before I could complete my order, the money was deducted from my account and next minute, I received an email, confirming the order, wrong address in Sydney with my accurate billing address. This mistake was immediately notified to Club L via email and I asked them to change the shipping address to my home address, which is the billing address. There was no response to this. I then receive another email, confirming the order has been posted to the Sydney address. I have been trying now for 3 days to get this order sent to my address. There is no success. There were so many emails sent to me by the Customer Service, apologising and saying they can't do anything about the shipment. I have bought clothes from them in the past, therefore, they can see my past billing and shipping address. I am so frustrated with the negative attitude and unhelpful responses Club L customer care has sent me. It makes me think that these are autogenerated emails with no human touch. I seriously request the CEO or director of the company to look into these matters. Surely, there is a way of rectifying a shipping address?????? DPD ( a lovely lady who answered the phone), agreed to send it back to the sender if they were instructed to do so. I will be grateful if the Management Team can look into this and give me a solution, either send it to my address or give me a refund. I am even happy to pay for shipping charges again, which is better than losing 411 dollars.
