I did not receive the order, because I am a tourist and I left before the shipment arrived. I contacted you by email and phone, but there was no response. I also tried to contact the delivery company and reschedule the shipment for you because I cannot receive it or even send it back to my country, because that would cost me a very large amount, 3 times the order amount. Can you receive the order and return the amount, or at least receive it and give it to anyone instead of keeping it with the delivery company (Royal mail tracked 48)?
