The milk and dark hot chocolate beads are incredible! I was hesitant that they wouldn't melt properly, but I was proven wrong! They create a perfect hot chocolate that's not too sweet but not bitter—just right! The scoop is also handy, making it easy to measure the beads without worrying about using too many or too little. I had been using the hotel chocolat bags, but I will not be going back!
