Purchased a couple of boxes, one for a stocking filler and one for myself.
A week later, it still hadn't arrived so I went out of my way to go and buy the stocking filler at Waitrose, knowing it probably wouldn't arrive for Christmas at that point.
Appreciate it's out of Cocoa Canopy's hands once dispatched but no apology or response after I complained.
