Not only do they make delicious hot chocolate (whether drunk or nibbled direct from the bag), when part of our order arrived in a broken bag, a replacement was sent out ASAP. I would absolutely recommend trying Cocoa Canopy. This is why I have stated that one item was damaged, but it was quickly replaced (especially given the Christmas closure) so you can be confident that in the unlikely event of a problem, they will resolve it speedily.
