I received my parcel with a hole punched in the side of the box which had then been taped up. Instead of 8 tubes of shower gel, there were only 4. A rude arrogant customer services rep (Orphelie) wanted me to send photos, which I did, and then she asked for photos again as well as a copy of my driving licence/passport, and a handwritten note about what had happened! What rot! A handwritten note in this day and age? A copy of my driving licence/passport! This surely breaches data protection? I contacted my credit card company who will provide a refund for the missing items. When I emailed Orphellie and told her I had referred the matter to my credit card company, she just said "Thank you for letting us know about this - have a nice day". I am truly astounded. This is the worst customer services I have ever come across.
