“This is a SCAM! I’ve ordered 2 sunscream from La Rosée and they sent 2 different product( see picture )they didn’t put the invoice into my parcel. The person who sent me is based in Kowet. They say it’s in France but it’s a lie. And the website is .uk !
I asked for a refund by email and they told me to send back the items to be able to go further. From Australia it’s so expensive I already paid 30$ to get my order that is WRONG completely. I lost 90$! Why should I pant again for their mistake!?

The courier Evri assured me I was still on time to change the final delivery address since they had the parcel in their depot still, but I would have to contact Cocoon Center- but guess what? Cocoon center was on holiday (French holiday though they sell to UK, weird), so by the time Cocoon customer service got back to me, they wash their hands and say they can’t help!
