Product ordered never delivered, just got an email 3 weeks later saying there were supply issues and they would credit the amount to my account. Requested refund instead by online messaging and got no reply, I also tried telephoning the customer service line only to be told it was "not available" (during UK regular office hours). Sadly looks like I have been duped into parting with my money by a sham company.
