This is the worst online company ever, their customer service team is useless and very rude. I ordered 2 boxes of a food supplement and one of them had a missing blister and they are saying that this is not true! I have asked for external evidence of the parcel weight to proof I am right. They have not provided this and refused to refund any money! They keep saying this is not true and the box was sent full, which I am really frustrated with. Please refrain from buying anything from this company, it is just awful!
