Their entire customer service is a JOKE. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I have ordered goods for £180, from the delivery 2 items were missing, I reported it to their customer service, in response I received a demand to send them my ID !!! who do they think are to ask me about such an important document? they have no authority and right to ask about this, how can I trust them what they will do with it? in order of what? to investigate 2 missing items from the order which their warehouse didn't send?
