I ordered about two weeks ago two concealers. I really wanted to try their products and I was happy they were offering such good shipping rates. They came on time although on the site they said that they may be delay in Europe due to COVID. However, when DHL delivered they had me pay taxes which amounted to the price of one of the concealers!!!! No where on the site they said we are responsible in paying our own taxes or that taxes will be imposed and are not included. I was upset that a high-end brand was so mistreating of its customers. I would love to purchase again but I am not willing to pay so much extra money for no reason.
