Andrew was really helpful. He spent time going through and understanding my requirements, budget and reservations a purchasing a manual machine for the first time. He gave good advise and was happy to spend time on the phone going through my concerns.
My machine turned up damaged when l unpacked it and Andrew despite being on the weekend was quick to reassure me that he would have it replaced and even offered to drop me off a coffee !!. Fantastic customer service. If only he could teach me to make a good coffee !!!!!
