“My first order from this outlet, based primarily on price as other beans were priced at double or more. Relatively quick delivery, and I put in a question as how the beans should be stored over a period of time? I got a prompt and intelligible reply. A 'tick' for that. As to the taste of the beans themselves? Still deciding, so far quite reasonbale as I use them in multiple grinding levels and extraction modes.”

“Bad coffee machine and customer service. This is an expresso that doesnt fit many average cups. There is also a long wait time moving from coffee to milk frothing. Customer service was not understanding to these issues upon receiving the coffee machine. Do not get this machine. Not worth the money”
