“Coffee machine is great! However, have not received coffee beans 🫘 yet. You ask a question about delivery below. It was within the window indicated on the order, however we did not get the usual Australia Post notifications - it just arrived unannounced.”

“Very good communication. There was a slight mix up regarding twhere the coffee machine was delivered to but this was traced quickly. Andrew sorted it out very fast and replied promptly. The coffee machine was delivered quickly as well. Thank you. Highly recommended.”

“Great customer service and quality product! I ordered a coffee grinder and unfortunately the original package got lost in transit. The company was quick to respond and sent out a replacement right away, which arrived within a couple of days. The grinder works perfectly and is exactly as shown in the video on their website. Very happy with both the product and the service!”
