“My new coffee machine is absolutely brilliant! But Startrack's delivery was terrible — they twice left attempted delivery cards in my mailbox with no tracking number and no information about where the parcel had been taken, even after I'd given them authority to leave it. I had to call them five times over the course of a week to find out what was going on and in the end had to drive 40 mins to a depot to pick up my parcel. Not Coffeeteca's fault, obviously — but I thought it might be useful for you to know.”

“Coffeeteca's Service and price were great, it is disappointing though that StarTrack are not as great. Advising a day of arrival and expecting you to hang around all day is so not satisfactory. Then they are only open business hours. Luckily my neighbour was home the 3rd attempt to get it delivered.”

“So glad we bought our Gaggia Classic from Coffeeteca. The 2nd time we used it the on/off light stopped functioning. I called them and they sorted out a repair quickly. When they realised I wouldn't get it back until mid-Jan they replaced the machine! The new one arrived the next day! So appreciate their prompt and friendly customer service, and price, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!”
