“Ordering process easy and delivery on time. EXCEPT I put a note that I need a call or sms 1 one before delivery to make sure I am at home. Delivery man called me 15 minutes before. I was in the city unable to come home. Luckily he left GAGGIA with the neighbour who lives downstairs.”

“Had my GBW Eureka for about a month and I'm very pleased with it. It produces fine ground coffee with no mess and I find I have need for WDT or the distribution tool. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the hopper and the small plastic piece to close the hopper off. My old Breville had a more substantial hopper. Also the weight is not accurate. Set at 20gm I get 20.8 so I have it set at 19.2. No big deal really. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase of this grinder.”

“Your machine was recommended by another family member and I am very glad that I’ve purchased it. I am very pleased with it except I was wondering how to solve the problem of not being able to place the portafilter back on the holder as the coffee comes out further forward and spills over the top??”
