“Wrong coloured grinder arrived first. They replaced it very quickly. The Eureka Atom Specialty 65 — in black — is working a treat. A beautiful grind and so quiet.”

“Machine is good, price is excellent the only complaint I have is trying to contact Coffeeteca. The supplied phone number is never answered and goes straight to message every time. When I left messages there were no return calls. I then tried emails and eventually got a reply. There was also no address. I realise Coffeeteca are an on-line only store. For a moment there I was getting a bit worried thinking the whole thing was a scam. All good now. (relief) G.”

“What a great find Coffeeteca was. They had the lowest price I could find on the Eureka Mignon Libra Grinder I wanted, with free extras of a 28mm Eureka funnel and a heavy metal tamper. As an extra surprise I found a rubber tamp mat and a kilo of coffee in the package which was delivered fast and for free. Couldn't ask for more.”

“Quick dispatch and delivery. Enjoying the grinder and how it looks on the counter. I will definitely check this place out before next upgrade. Considering how expensive coffee machines and accessories can be. It would be better if I can actually see the product before purchase.”

“Andrew and the team at Coffeeteca were fantastic! We needed a grinder at short notice, and not only did they provide us with a great machine — the Eureka 55 — but Andrew also went out of his way to deliver a few items that were accidentally missed during collection, and this was just a day before Easter! “omg, what an appalling experience buying through Coffeeteca. I had a question following placing an order - the machine I purchased was offered on the Coffeeteca website on a different webpage at a lower price, so I wanted to ask for the lower price. I submitted a form through their website, sent several emails, left 3 voice messages, and messaged them through facebook but not a single response. After not hearing from them for several days (or receiving tracking info) I contacted my bank and reported the transaction as a fraud. Ultimately, about 10 days after placing the order, the machine turned up. But what a horrible experience and I can't believe the rudeness of them not replying to any of my messages.”

“Ordered Coffee Machine after hours on the Tuesday night. Requested they ship ASAP as would like machine in Brisbane on the next Friday for a special occasion. Machine was delivered after lunch on the Friday, just in time for our guests. Excellent service and very happy with our new coffee machine.”
