While the Coffeeteca website is very comprehensive and easy to navigate, I am the type of person who likes to deal with other people. I called the 1300 number and spoke to Andrew (one of the founders), who answered all my questions thoroughly and politely. My purchase arrived in Perth within 3 days of placing the order! As a person who expects very high standards, I can attest that Coffeeteca undoubtedly provides excellent customer service.
