I purchased a Gaggia Cadorna Prestige from Coffeeteca two months ago. I spoke to Andrew a couple of times prior to purchasing and he was really friendly and helpful on both occasions. On the first occasion I phoned from Perth without realising it was a public holiday in Melbourne. Andrew picked up straight away and was happy to run through my queries.
The machine arrived in excellent condition shortly after placing the order. It has been perfect for our family. Easy to use, easy to maintain and a big step up from Nespresso.
