Amazing service. Unpacked my new grinder on a Saturday afternoon, set it up and it would not grind. Called the 1300 number, spoke to Andrew who talked me through a few things but nothing worked, so I was facing putting it back in the box and taking it in for a technician to pull it apart and look at it on the Monday. I was so disappointed. 10 min later my phone rings and it’s Andrew with one last suggestion, which worked, problem solved. Absolutely made my day!
