Customer service second to none, bought a new Eureka Libra & it arrived in two days (Melb/QLD) had some issues getting it to work as per the manual & called Andrew from Coffeeteca. We went through it together over the phone with me sending a video of the problem. He arranged to cover the return costs & kept up communications all the way through the process of getting it sorted out.He took videos of the testing & called as soon as he had an answer. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on even though they are in Melbourne & I'm in Noosa, great personal service.
