Can't praise Coffeeteca highly enough. I had a relatively minor problem with a Gaggia Classic. Within 2 hours of notifying them, they called back and advised me to return the machine for replacement. Postage was refunded the following day and a new, perfect machine was delivered 2 days later. Super courteous and such efficent response. Best customer relations team I've ever encountered.
