iI was happy with the initial purchase but havent been able to get assistance with operating aspects of the machine, I called and emailed asking for someone to call me. The set up instructions are fine but no information about programming the machine. In addition the milk is no where near hot enough but I don't know if this is a fault with the machine or whether it needs adjusting. Can someone contact me 0498200488
