Gaggia Classic arrived and I am very happy with the product. Unfortunately it came with a European power plug, not an Australian one, but when I contacted Coffeeteca they responded straightaway, apologising for the mistake, and they sent out the Australian plug along with a free bag of coffee. Mistakes happen and they responded very well, so 5 stars from me!
