Prompt response to a query pre-purchase and very speedy delivery but I was not entirely happy with my purchase and contacted Coffeeteca to discuss return and upgrade to a more expensive machine. Was told this was not possible although I had read the returns policy and I believe it was possible. Would have given five stars if not for this 'bullying' response.
