So glad we bought our Gaggia Classic from Coffeeteca. The 2nd time we used it the on/off light stopped functioning. I called them and they sorted out a repair quickly. When they realised I wouldn't get it back until mid-Jan they replaced the machine! The new one arrived the next day! So appreciate their prompt and friendly customer service, and price, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!
