Machine is good, price is excellent the only complaint I have is trying to contact Coffeeteca. The supplied phone number is never answered and goes straight to message every time. When I left messages there were no return calls. I then tried emails and eventually got a reply. There was also no address. I realise Coffeeteca are an on-line only store. For a moment there I was getting a bit worried thinking the whole thing was a scam. All good now. (relief) G.
