Coffeeteca has a good website making it easy to review and purchase equipment. Pricing for the item i purchased has been consistently cheaper than other online stores selling for the same product. The addition of free items including the tamp, tamp mat and 1kg of coffee made the purchase much better value for money. However, both the tamp and tamp mat, in my opinion, are of a low quality and immediately reminded me of Temu products, and as such, went straight in the bin. The included 1kg of coffee beans is an 'in house' branded bag. Disappointingly, the coffee only has an expiry date and not a roast date. Because of the unknown roasted/packaged date, the beans were only useful to perform a basic dial-in and burr season. For this purpose alone i am very thankful for the free beans as it meant minimal adjustment and wastage of my own purchased beans. I do not buy beans to drink whether in-store or via online that dont state roast date as this is a major indicator of freshness. I was extremely surprised and pleased to see the inclusion of the factory (Eureka) dose ring with the grinder, as I was under the assumption that this was not an inclusion with this grinder model in Australia. I have been watching the availability of this model from Coffeeteca and other businesses for a few months and have noted that it has been out of stock a few times. Coffeeteca had new stock available very quickly suggesting they enjoy a good relationship with their suppliers/importers.
