Customer Service was great, I msgd asking for the business to call me and they did on the same day. They gave great advice and led me in the right direction as a non coffee drinker wanting to buy an amazing coffee machine for my husband! The machine was delivered within a few days of purchase. We are a few days in with the coffee machine, and my husband is very happy.
