Great customer service and quality product!
I ordered a coffee grinder and unfortunately the original package got lost in transit. The company was quick to respond and sent out a replacement right away, which arrived within a couple of days. The grinder works perfectly and is exactly as shown in the video on their website. Very happy with both the product and the service!
