My return has ALSO gone missing through using their pre-paid returns service. Despite providing the tracking numbers and evidence they've requested they refuse to provide a refund.
The only way I have been able to contact them is through Instagram direct messages and they have been extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic which has left me feeling like I've been scammed. Despite having contacted them numerous times over the last few months they have not acknowledged the return and I am still out of pocket. AVOID !!
