Awful. Returned 2 costs which were received back to them on Nov 11th. Still no refund even though they told me it would be refunded to me within 3-5 days over 10 days ago. Contacted them again to be told they were investigating as items had been lost by them. Several phone calls and emails later and still no nearer to a refund. Approx £800 owed back to me. Absolutely joke. I am now going to have to contact my bank to recoup the money on my behalf.

I ordered a Max Mara jacket from Coggles. This is my first order through Coggles but I got a faulty/damaged jacket. It looks like a used item for every button has a lot of damage, rusted, rotten. Who wants to anticipate getting a damaged item like that? I contacted to customer service team through message but even though it has been 40 hours, there’s no answer, resolve the issue. I also request a return, i don’t get any return label and info!!!!!!! I live in the US. If you are a US customer, you should avoid Coggles. I am very disappointed and upset now. I want to get my full refund and return this faulty item!

Stay away from this company. “Terrible Experience – Worst Company Ever!” I had the absolute worst experience with Coggles. They failed to deliver my bag, then had the audacity to accuse me of being part of the issue, implying the bag was stolen or not delivered due to my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or resolving the matter, they refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. To top it off, they closed my account without any explanation or resolution. This is completely unacceptable, and I’m taking this to the next level by reaching out to the consumer protection authorities. Their customer service is beyond disappointing. Avoid this company at all costs—bad, bad, bad!

Worst company I have ever dealt with by far. I bought Golden Goose trainers from them in August. I contacted them the day the order arrived to let them know one shoe didn’t have the wedge insole, so they are unwearable. I asked for them to send a replacement insole. After a week I contacted them again through their portal and was told to return them (€15 at my own cost). I got an email confirming they received my return - no refund. Contacted them again, they had to locate it in the warehouse. I posted a review on Trustpilot and got another message to say I returned the shoes in a damaged and used condition. I returned the shoes as they were defective - utter rubbish that I had worn them. Golden Goose Francy come with a pre-distressed look but I couldn’t wear them. They are fraudulently keeping my money, they delivered faulty goods. Consumer Act 2015, have you heard of it, Coggles???? The only way to deal with them now is via chargeback and reporting to Action Fraud.

The WORST company do not shop with them. They refused to refund me for my maxmara coat as they said that I’d returned an asos item. There were no images sent correspondence was dreadful and I had to threaten legal action and they finally refunded me. Awful awful company go with net a porter or another company

OMG I really wish I’d read the reviews on here before making my purchases. Am waiting on two refunds to the value of over £700 and I’m getting nowhere with ‘the warehouse locating my goods’ despite me having proof of return receipts I’ve called and they and unhelpful, asked to speak with someone else and no one else is available. Any advice on how best to continue? I’m like a dog with a bone and will not give up!

I’m sad to say I’m the next returns victim. I returned the item worth £240 and paid them £5 to do it. When it arrived I was emailed to say it had arrived back and I’d receive the refund within 5 days. This did not happen and they didn’t even mark it as returned on my account or inform clear pay. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they asked me for tracking receipt?? First sign of what was to come. I gave them it, and was told the parcel couldn’t be located and was being put under investigation?? Ok - now I know I’m the next victim of their returns scam. I mean the thing is, if I knew I would be robbed £240 in broad daylight, I would’ve kept the jacket. Or asked for it back. But the scam they have going you can’t do either because they claim they lost it. I mean I can’t quite believe it. I’m investigating my legal position. And escalating with clear pay and the brand of the item I purchased, as I work with them. They already got banned from working with klarna so maybe clear pay can help. Please avoid if you aren’t sure about your purchase. They will take the item back and not refund. ORDER NUMBER 597676887

Don't use this company, they sent me the wrong item and are now claiming they haven’t received it, despite sending me a confirmation email that they had received my return. Absolute crooks, do not buy from them!

Totally awful customer service when returning goods. I returned two sweatshirts as they were much smaller than the advertised size (even though I always buy this brand in this size). I received a refund for one item but the other has gone "missing" in the warehouse. Coggles are refusing to refund me until they find it. This is despite my tracking number showing it's been delivered. Their online customer services chat appears to be answered by bots as they fail to answer questions and just repeat that the matter is under investigation. A different "person" answers the chats each time and they don't appear to read the history. It is of no concern to me that they have lost this item - why should this hold up my refund. It's now been 12 days and they are insistent that they have to carry out a manual search for it. It sounds like its been stolen internally to me. I have now had to raise a charge back on my credit card. I tend to buy clothes at least once a month from Flannels, Hip Store, Kafka, End, Mainline, Farfetch, etc and none of these have ever given me problems like this. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs it just isn't worth he aggravation. I would leave a review of zero but cant - looking at other reviews my situation is a daily occurrence. UPDATE 15 July : Coggles agreed to refund me on 08 July and said the refund would be in my account within 5 working days at the latest. Guess what? No money. So I try and interact via their message service and they tell me the matter is still be investigated. I explain that they said they would refund but now they are saying they won't until the investigation is completed. I then called Coggles and they have explained that the warehouse cancelled the refund until the investigation is complete. They hide behind the warehouse as though it is a separate company. Don't believe Coggles response below to my situation. They have confirmed they are still looking into my lost parcel and will not refund until they have completed their "investigation". Joke of a company. Never again. Chargeback in process now.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been chasing a refund for over 2 months now. Every time I speak to customer service they say it is being processed, and yet I get messages from them requesting the same information again and again which I have given to them 4 times via phone and email. Would never use them again and am seeking legal advice currently

I ordered two expensive items. One was not in the parcel. I returned the other. First they said it was out of stock. Then they said- no refund, no replacement, we are closing your account! What do I do next?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is so fraudulent it’s a joke. I returned 3 items and only 1 was refunded and they have delayed this issue for nearly 2 months just for them to close my account down. my bank js now involved and I advise everyone in my situation to do so aswell

Wish I’d read here before ordering. Having exactly the same nightmare trying to get a refund. It just rumbles on and on. Looks so slick on Instagram but if you need a refund, be prepared to get your bank involved. I’m trying to establish if there is a trading standards investigation and contacting journalists, watchdog etc. Please do the same if you are affected. The Hut group behind Coggles and many other online sites have pages and pages of similar experiences …. there seems to be more to this issue which will no doubt be uncovered in time…

I placed an order for delivery to Spain, but it was never delivered due to incomplete address details from DHL. I've been trying to get a refund for months, but despite promises, I still haven't received it after five months. I had to place the order again and returned some items, but Coggles claims they can't locate the return even though it was picked up at my home by DHL carrier. It's been nearly two months, and I'm still waiting. No updates unless I chase them, and no compensation offered. Terrible experience.

THE ONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND - After more than 3 months I was finally able to get a refund. But let's not be fooled, the return was achieved thanks to that wonderful thing called chargeback. If you find yourself in a situation where these fraudsters and thieves do not want to return your money, contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. It's the only way to get your money back because trust me, the coggles will drag you around and lie to you endlessly with no intention of getting your money back. Save yourself time and nerves and try the above. Or, as I already mentioned in several reviews, never buy absolutely anything from this web shop; these people should be in jail.

This company is a sham. First they sent a defective product and after 2 months they sent me a prepaid shipping label. This is the 5th month ongoing and they haven’t refunded me stating they have not received the return item. The customer support team sucks. Influencers who actually promote Coggles with their discount code should stop doing it because this company is not legit and is a Failure.

My item hasn't even been dispatched although I placed and paid for the order 4 weeks ago. It's not even been dispatched from the U.K. and the Coggles customer representatives have not replied back to my enquiry yet. This company's service is the slowest and absolutely awful I have ever experienced...
