Do not use this company. Purchased a pair of shoes on Sunday. Checked my credit card and payment was not immediately deducted. It didn't seem right. Around an hour later I received 1 email saying the order has been processed and checked my card and money gone. Said product would be dispatched the next day which made sense being a Monday. On Monday no email or text or any message. Checked status and said processing. Late Tuesday evening still nothing. Checked again on their site at order status and still nothing. Logged onto customer chat and gave my order number. Was asked to verify my full name, full address and email account for security purposes. I mean, I order shoes it's not online banking. An order number should suffice. In this day and age of internet fraud I will be watching the credit card I used fot the purchase on their site very carefully. Let's see if any fraudulent activity occurs. Spoke online with an agent and get told and I quote "I am sorry to let you know that there has been a problem in the warehouse which has resulted in your order being stopped prior to dispatch. I will investigate further and request for the order to be sent to you as soon as possible. Should there be a problem with dispatching the order, we will arrange for this to be cancelled and for the money to be returned to your account upon confirmation of the cancellation. If you can no longer wait I can cancel this for you today." My reply was: "Why would an order be stopped prior to being dispatched? This makes no sense." Basically then told there is no stock. I requested a refund and then told it can take 3-5 working days. Tell me this, why can they take your money in minutes but then not refund in the same time? Why, if on the Sunday/Monday they know they have no stock, why not email me to notify me or update their website in my account area to show order cancelled. This takes seconds, not even minutes, but seconds to do. This site should be avoided. I wish I paid attention to the other negative reviews as they have so many for valid reasons like what happened to me and others. The management must be brain dead to run a business like that. Let's see if my money comes back or trading standards will get a call.

I purchased a quite expensive belt but when it came it was damaged. As it was a birthday gift I asked for a refund as in the meantime I had to go and purchase one (at the same price) from House of Fraser. The customer services were awful, stalling for time and offering me 15% off. It has taken me message after message getting through their dreadful website navigation for refunds. Despite the fact I have asked for my money back they are still not forthcoming. Next stop; trading standards.

Ordered a shirt size 10, got size 18. Couldn't have exchange had to have refund. They wanted pictures to prove I had received the wrong size before providing a refund code which apparently you must have before they will permit a refund. Sent photo's and they sent a form for me to complete. In the tiny tiny print it says you must mark the box with refunds dept as they cannot guarantee the parcel will arrive at correct dept. Did that, never received an email to confirm receipt, phone calls chasing it's arrival, phone calls are not freephone. Took four phone calls. Got an email, short and sweet says we have your parcel. No mention of refund. Phoned again and I need to allow 5 days for the process to take place. You assume this is the refund process but no just a process that no one at coggles can actually explain. Four more calls chasing confirmation refund had been done. First one yest it's on its way allow 5 days to show on account. Never arrived. Second call, it had been sent for a refund but not actually refunded at that time?? Received email to say refund now on way and will be with me in 5 working days. Never arrived. Phoned again and told that, most unusual, the refund had stalled in the system. I'll say unusual, I work for a bank, the only way a refund stops is if you physically stop the process or never start it. Promised the refund was being manually pushed through, manually pushed through, this is a banking transaction, not a birth, although it does feel just as painful. No shocks, it has not arrived. Phoned again because they have marked my account as issue completed. They now need to speak to the refund team to see if it is still stuck in the system. This is my first and last purchase with Coggles. Horrendous service standards and from reading some reviews on trust pilot some people have been waiting 2 months for a refund. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. It is a truly horrendous experience if you need to return your purchase.

I ordered 2 sets of Cutlery on the 25 November for a Christmas present and by Christmas Day I had only received 1 set despite numerous phone calls and emails each phone call and email and Online chat was returned without any information on expected delivery time No apology was received or offer of compensation or help So my experience is That neither I or my family will be ordering anything more from this Company. Non of the staff. Manning the chat line seem to know anything about what is going on as one particular online chat the girl was advising me they could not tell me when delivery would arrive and later that afternoon I received the Half the order I currently have. I must admit until that delivery I was convinced this was a scam company. Now I know it is just badly run.

I purchased an item from COGGLES recieved it, dint like it plus there was a slight defect. I sentnit back using royal mail tracking. I recieved email confirming coggles got item back. A whole month later still no refund! I have checked the company and it seems they are in trouble. I will not stop untill i get my refund!

Having read reviews I realise my experience when returning goods over 2 weeks ago for refund with no response to my email queries since then is the norm. I returned the item as although very nicely packaged I felt was not good quality. I was sent the return form and returned by post the form and item. Since then. Nothing. Appalling customer service and will never use again but still want my refund.

Tried to return a shirt as it was too big, no return form or information is provided with the order so it means having to contact them before you can send anything back. 3 weeks later and i'm still trying to speak with someone to get information on how to return the shirt. Terrible service, I will never use them again

Awful customer service. Returned an item for refund and received notification it was being processed. One week passed and no refund, called and they said they hadn't received the item. Forwarded them get email the sent me as proof. No response. Called again as still no refund another week later, they said they hadn't received the email. Forwarded the email on a second and third time still no response and called again and still no refund after 1 month after returning the item. The worst service ever, my issue is still not resolved. They have not paid my money back and I feel extremely let down. Don't buy from Coggles is ny warning, especially if you think you might return something.

I placed an order two weeks ago and still says its in its processing stage and awaiting stock pickup. I had messaged them about this and the first email I received back was not helpful with customer service telling me it was already sent and I should receive it soon. With no verdict I had messaged them again and customer service were very apologetic this time that it hasn't been sent and told me that this was due to the item being out of stock with their supplier. It's been several days since I received that last email and the item still hasn't been sent and I am out more than $600 AUD with no sign that it will ever come. What makes the experience worse is that the item I purchased is still for sale on the website even though it is currently out of stock at the moment. On top of this, the item is now at a cheaper sale price so I ended up paying $100 more for an item I won't receive. Horrible experience with this website and will never use it again!! Update: I had put this review on trust pilot and was taken off and reported by Coggles as they reported that I was not a valid customer. After successfully verifying my details with trust pilot including my order details, it is still not visible to the public.

O placed an order for some shoes which I then received an email a couple of days after saying they were no longer available and my order had been cancelled and I had not been charged. I then purchased from another store at a lower price and two days after receiving those my order from Coggles arrived and I had been charged. I returned that order for full credit including P&P as it was Coggles error. They received my return on the 3rd of August and on the 10th August I am still waiting my credit. I Have chased it twice through their annoying web portal which is the only way to email them but have been told there is an error with their refund processing causing the delay. I will never buy from this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

A dissapointment (UPDATED) My first experience with Coggles is something I don't wish upon others. And I do believe that they truly don't care about the concept of happy and returning customers. My order was for three items of which only two was sent to me. Of those two items one was sent back because of size issues and has been not yet been acknowledged to be returned despite proof of acceptance. The other item is a sweater that was clearly washed by a prior owner but as I liked very much I decided to keep it. The third a still not delivered item is a pair of Dr Martens Arthur boots in size 7 which was on sale at purchase. According to different so called customer service people they where unfortunately out of stock when I purchased them which is the reason for the purchase to be cancelled. But the truth is they where never out of stock and hadn't been for the last two weeks since my order was placed. And they are still available but with a higher price. Customer service is now avoiding my queries with standard phrases and fake pleasantries. It shouldn't feel like this when you've shop at a high profile online shop as Coggles clearly wants to be seen as. So potential customers I recommend that you look elsewhere for your online purchases. Matchesfashion or Zalando are in my experience better alternatives that appreciates the value of a happy customer or at least honors an agreement. UPDATE I did what Jordan at Coggles suggested and contacted them both on email and then later on phone. During the conversation he never denied that the boots actually wasn't in stock but rather gave me the usual talk standard answers that he really wanted me to feel happy about Coggles and so on. In the end he said that he would get back with a for me satisfactory solution (which I explained is getting the boots which he kind of tried to persuade me out of without any success) the day after or by the latest the day after that. Well as you can guess that hasn't happened and I believe that the are not the least interested in solving this issue. The boots are still available to purchase so it shouldn't be a problem for them. This is the worst experience I've had this far with online shopping and I have a lot of experience with both small merchandisers, ebayer from every country you can imagine and the big names such as Matches and Farfetch. Coggles should not be mentioned among those. I will keep on posting on other review sites as well as style forums so that every one that is the least unsure about going with Coggles hopefullly reads it and chooses to go elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I returned a parcel over two weeks ago and they refused to refund me, claiming they hadn’t received the parcel. I used the same postage service I have used for all past returns and have never had an issue, so am certain that they are not being truthful. Additionally, I provided proof of postage and they are still not agreeing that I did actually return the parcel.

TERRIBLE. AVOID. Read their other reviews too! I bought a Barbour jacket from Coggles in May 2022. I ordered a size 10, but they delivered a size 12. I reached out to their customer services who denied I'd ordered a size 10 - despite me sending them my invoice and order confirmation. They were incredibly rude. After 4 messages, they admitted there was a system error at their end and eventually apologised. I returned the item on the 2 June and received an automated email from them acknowledging they had received the coat back. On the 28th June (4 weeks after they received the coat!) I was still chasing my refund. They're now denying receiving the coat back. I have given them my tracking number for the return as well as their email letting me know they have received it back, but they now 'want to look in to it'. I should not have to wait this long for my money back after their mistake in sending the wrong item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a $300 dress that fell apart the first time I wore it. After 2 weeks of back and forth with customer service, I haven’t even been provided with the correct information to return it. They said they would accept the return on basis that it was poor quality/faulty, and yet they are not doing anything to process my return/refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, appalling for a luxury retailer.

Avoid at all costs it’s scam! My parcel was never delivered and Coggles never accepted responsibility or done anything to investigate. I have been contacting via phone and website communication system nearly everyday and I was told random things like my address was incorrect and you name it. They have made me resubmit Not recipients form 4 times saying that my signature was computer generated even when I have clearly attached a posted note to the form saying it is my signature and I have hand sign it. And after 2 weeks of getting no where they have blocked my account. How the hell is this company still trading is beyond me. I will do my best to make sure Coggles will not get away with conning people and get away with it.

I was a bit apprehensive as not brought from this website before but was very please with the quick service and the price of the Barbour Jacket I brought. It is perfect and I am really pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend family and friends to Coggles.

I wouldn't shop with these amateurs. They sent me the wrong sized shirt and won't refund me even though they admitted fault. There is a reason they have such a low score on google reviews and trust pilot, i should have listened to them! I wouldn't shop with these amateurs. Avoid this company, they caused me a lot of stress and worry. Took two months to process my refund. Had to threaten them with small claims court. Their customer service is appalling. Buy from them at your peril - you have been warned!
