Having read reviews I realise my experience when returning goods over 2 weeks ago for refund with no response to my email queries since then is the norm.
I returned the item as although very nicely packaged I felt was not good quality. I was sent the return form and returned by post the form and item. Since then. Nothing. Appalling customer service and will never use again but still want my refund.
