Wrong order and nobody is taking control of the situation. It’s very frustrating trying to find a resolution when customer service replies once a day with something really generic and not very helpful. I’m normally understanding and patient but this is pushing my buttons. I have no idea what‘s going on and don’t think they do either

Avoid buying from them, worst on line company I have bought from. Returned a pair of shoes that were too big and had to constantly chase for refund. First they said they hadn’t received the item even though I provide Royal Mail proof of delivery. Took 2 months and even then I only got the refund after threatening to take them to county court.

SKANKED!!!! Returned my item which cost £182 over 7 weeks ago. Not had a penny back from this corrupt and shambolic company! Stay well away from COGGLES. YOUVE BEEN WARNED ☝🏾

Would like to give zero stars I returned an expensive item which was too small 10 weeks ago using their returns label it was unaccounted for (lost/stolen) in the post As confirmed by Hermes. I have been trying to get a refund for 5 weeks and their clear con artist tactics are stalling this. AVOID THESE SHAMEFUL PEOPLE. I still do not have my refund and will do a small claims next plus warn all consumers on any platform that I can.

Placed my order on the 13th of February. It has been almost 3 weeks and they have still not shipped out my order. I contacted them several times and they gave an odd excuse that there was an issue at their warehouse and otherwise did not answer any of my questions, including a possible eta on the shipment date. I then requested a cancellation of my order on the 24th, that has still not happened and they are now telling me that because my order is in their warehouse for processing the cancellation may not be accepted? This is literally fraud, it does not say in their Terms & Conditions that they can refuse cancellation before even sending out your order. I have now contacted PayPal and intend to contact my bank as well, since coggles insists on fradulent behaviour.

I’ve got this message on the 27th of February and I ordered on the 23rd so they needed almost a full working week to realise my order is out of stock. ( We're sorry to inform you that some or all of your order number 275345079 has now been cancelled as HUGO Men's Voyager Bumbag - Grey is no longer available. ) Now I can wait 3-5 working days to my refund so the whole process from the beginning until the refund will be almost 2 weeks time! What a shame! Stay away!

I ordered 2 jackets for $1600. They had DHL charge me direct for duty which was $263. TO RETURN TO UK, IT COST $431!!! I have mailed them back with tags attached. Let's see if they refund. If they don't, I will dispute on credit card. So MINIMUM it's going to COST TO TRY ON JACKETS IS $700 (duty+return shipping). MAX IS $2300 if they don't refund me for jackets.

Unwilling to accept unopened returns -that were the wrong size- over 30 days despite it being the Christmas period unlike many other online stores. Disappointing. Money wasted

My return has ALSO gone missing through using their pre-paid returns service. Despite providing the tracking numbers and evidence they've requested they refuse to provide a refund. The only way I have been able to contact them is through Instagram direct messages and they have been extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic which has left me feeling like I've been scammed. Despite having contacted them numerous times over the last few months they have not acknowledged the return and I am still out of pocket. AVOID !!

Ordered a long sleeve polo shirt, when it turned up I could see it was the wrong size. Returned it back for an exchange or refund, got told as there was a stain on the arm won’t be getting a refund. Shirt was never worn, so basically l have lost £80. I have asked them to return the shirt, but heard nothing, and don’t expect to. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Balmain T shirt a couple weeks ago and the item was stuck with the sender for 2 weeks. I contacted the company today only to be told that the parcel was sent back my royal mail as it was damaged. I requested that they assess the item and if undamaged to send it back out to me. They have refused and said that the T shirt will be going to somebody else as they are waiting in the queue. I do not understand how that is even possible as I have already paid and they had already dispatched the item to me! The customer service assistant was useless and offered no help what so ever! AVOID!!!! I will be awaiting my refund... lets see if it comes in 3-5 business days

Taken money for my order but can’t contact them. Website says it’s processing but it’s been like that for days. Can only conclude that the “in stock and ship in 24 hours” against item is a load of rubbish and I’ve been scammed. Will have to contact bank to get my money back now. Avoid this website like COVID!

Do not buy from Coggles. I returned a £150 bag because it broke and the return went missing even though I spent £20 on royal mail tracked return. Refused to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My return has also gone missing! Customer service is non existent. I am unable to actually speak to a human and am continually fobbed off on social media (Twitter) as this is the only way to communicate. I have proof of the return but this doesn’t seem to count. AVOID at all costs.

I returned an item 7 weeks ago and sent proof of return receipt from Royal Mail, yet Coggles refuse to refund me. I have sent numerous E Mails but just keep getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse after excuse. The customer Service team are simply not interested. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....Simples. If you return an item you simply will not be refunded. It is nothing short of criminal what this company are getting away with and will keep getting away with until something is done. Crooks !!!!

I want to say that I work in marketing and can spot fake/paid reviews instantly when I see them. When I saw all the "bad" reviews on here regarding Coggles beforehand I knew they weren't coming from real customers and took the risk and ordered regardless. And I have to say, my Balmain shoes showed up today in absolutely perfect condition, within a week and a bit of ordering which is also impressive because I live in Canada and they're coming from Spain during a pandemic. If you are wondering if you should trust them, you absolutely should! They fit perfectly and one of the best purchases I've made.

Worst customer service ever! Was taken on a wild goose chase to return an item which they misrepresented on their sizing chart!! It’s been over a month, shoved around several customer service reps who had no inkling of previous communications. Most frustrating ordeal ever, still trying to return the shoe I can’t even wear!! Scammers! DO NOT buy from them!! Sizing chart was inconsistent w the item purchased. Now they won’t take responsibility!!! Con artists!

Do NOT buy from this company at all!! Worst company ever!! In case you want to return the item,your refund will take ages to receive it or they just refund it separately. I have just opened a dispute against them to claim part of the money they still havent refunded yet and I have been claiming it for than a month already.

Worst company ever! I ordered a pair of boots that I never received, after many emails sent to the customer service and forms filled, they told me they cannot help me and DELETED MY ACCOUNT SO I CANNOT CONTACT THEM! Scam company

Never buy from this site! It’s a shark operating business , which will not refund your money. No matter that your post receipts show that the item was delivered to their warehouse and signed for, they will deny receiving it! Not to mention you have to pay yourself to return the unwanted item! The Customer Service is distant , they don’t have telephone lines and answer to your emails once’s in 48 hours. I am starting an official procedure to retrieve my money and will quote this site as fraudsters operating one. Don’t buy from Coggles.
