Well, I was worried about my package after reading some bad reviews, but finally got my item lovely packed and in good condition. It took a 6-days period to be delivered, very fast after dispatching.

Luv it. Got my stuff less than 2 weeks from Uk to Australia. Not bad. Love my Kenzo . You are awesome Coggles . Too bad I bought a bit expensive thought i have 15 % off , because i have use apps. Next time have to wait for sale . Its very very good deal when it is sale !!! Happy customer

I want to say that I work in marketing and can spot fake/paid reviews instantly when I see them. When I saw all the "bad" reviews on here regarding Coggles beforehand I knew they weren't coming from real customers and took the risk and ordered regardless. And I have to say, my Balmain shoes showed up today in absolutely perfect condition, within a week and a bit of ordering which is also impressive because I live in Canada and they're coming from Spain during a pandemic. If you are wondering if you should trust them, you absolutely should! They fit perfectly and one of the best purchases I've made.

after I saw all these negative comments about shopping on coggles site I was really afraid about my delivery... but it came today, super quickly - in three days (international shipment) and everything is fine!!! I higly reccomend coggles!!!!

I was extremely hesitant to order from Coggles due to the huge amount of bad reviews on this website. However, it was the only place I could get this particular item from to ship to Australia. To extra protect myself I made sure to pay with an AMEX via paypal incase I had to make a claim. I need not have worried - get service, prompt delivery (including regular updates) and great item exactly as described! Thank you Coggles

The reviews on here made me extremely nervous about ordering from Coggles, but I went ahead with it anyway, and I couldnt be happier. Ordered 2 mackage bomber jackets, in order to make sure I got the right fit, and both were delivered within 48 hours of ordering. Excellent product, excellent customer service, the team is reachable within minutes of calling, and the refund for the unwanted item was processed and completed within 2 days. Would absolutely do more business with this company again and again and again. The only thing I would add is that they should provide free returns like the other luxury UK e-commerce sites.

I ordered Michael Kors bag 10pm Saturday 29th December with extra 10% discount, it was delivered by courier Monday 31st December. Communication via email very good, and able to track order. I definitely have no complaints.

I was a bit apprehensive as not brought from this website before but was very please with the quick service and the price of the Barbour Jacket I brought. It is perfect and I am really pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend family and friends to Coggles.

First time to use coggles. I placed two separate orders and I’m really impressed with their products, pricing and service. No problems at all with stock availability and shipment. They do emphasise on checking carefully whether an item is in stock or not before placing an order so I’m guessing if you don’t do that, things could go wrong from there. I find that they are one of those sites that are very reliable but if things go wrong, they might have to learn to deal with them more efficiently – I’m basing that on some of the reviews here, such as having to improve on their returns policy. Overall, five stars for a good shopping experience!

I was scared sh**less after reading so many horrible reviews only AFTER I’d purchased my Barbour jacket from Coggles. Besides a small hiccup in the beginning (which is mostly the fault of my bank for blocking the transaction, as it was international), I am so pleased! I now have a gorgeous Barbour beadnell, and I received it in the correct size and color. I don’t want to discount the experiences of others here, but if you’ve already made your purchase and are looking for some reassurance, just know that I had a great experience with Coggles and am very happy with my purchase!

Be wary if you have to return something. They claimed they hadn't received it until I could prove they had. Luckily I had kept everything so was able to prove they had received it. Wouldn't use again.

Order a pair of expensive sunglasses, they arrived promptly and in good packaging, unfortunately they weren’t up to the standard I expected so contacted the for a return label, it seems like I’m just talking to a computer that asks the same question over and over and I’m getting nowhere with it. Shoddy or none existent after service seems to be the theme here, very disappointing 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered a bag and the delivery was very quick and the website easy to use, however, it was too small for what I needed. After searching for a returns form and coming up short, I googled it and found that you needed to call. Herein began a series of calls, where the people were perfectly nice but the process was beyond ridiculous. The first call I was told they would email me a returns slip and I had to pay for their courier as they wouldn't guarantee anything via Royal Mail. I receive the email to pay for the courier through Paypal, but I don't receive the returns slip. Second call a number of hours later they send the returns slip. The next day the courier is supposed to show up but doesn't. I call, they apologise and say it's scheduled for next week. Next week, no one shows up so I call again and they say it shows a failed pick-up. When I probe further it turns out their courier service doesn't go past the first floor of a building (my company is on the 11th, where they delivered it to) so they won't pick it up. They also won't call when they're downstairs as they use their own phones. I can't leave my package on reception downstairs as they service a whole building and can't guarantee it. They say they can give me a one hour slot, but I have a meeting. There are so many companies whose office is a floor of a building that this should not be an issue (and never has been before). I say to scrap their courier and I will send it using Royal Mail (which was perfectly fine and arrived in 2 days, thanks, Royal Mail) but can I get refunded for the courier. Apparently I shouldn't have been charged for it, although I had. I was told to email screenshots to show this, which I did. Three days later, no reply. I send again, three days later again, still no reply. I have to call again to get this refunded. Once things get going, it's quick, and the customer service team are very friendly - I can't fault them - but the process is ridiculous, and forcing someone to use a courier service which can't even courier is beyond the realms of sensible. I would never use this service again because online shopping and returning should be easy.

Returned goods on and they were received by Coggles on 5 March. Chased refund on 19 March and they confirmed that the payment had been requested and I would receive it within 5 working days. Didn't so chased again and they asked me to give it a couple of days. Called today and the guy I spoke to checked with Finance, who had "overlooked" it - not have to wait another few days. Enjoy the Easter weekend with my £250, won't you Coggles!

THE ONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND - After more than 3 months I was finally able to get a refund. But let's not be fooled, the return was achieved thanks to that wonderful thing called chargeback. If you find yourself in a situation where these fraudsters and thieves do not want to return your money, contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. It's the only way to get your money back because trust me, the coggles will drag you around and lie to you endlessly with no intention of getting your money back. Save yourself time and nerves and try the above. Or, as I already mentioned in several reviews, never buy absolutely anything from this web shop; these people should be in jail.
