Awful customer service. Returned an item for refund and received notification it was being processed. One week passed and no refund, called and they said they hadn't received the item. Forwarded them get email the sent me as proof. No response. Called again as still no refund another week later, they said they hadn't received the email. Forwarded the email on a second and third time still no response and called again and still no refund after 1 month after returning the item. The worst service ever, my issue is still not resolved. They have not paid my money back and I feel extremely let down. Don't buy from Coggles is ny warning, especially if you think you might return something.
