I placed an order for delivery to Spain, but it was never delivered due to incomplete address details from DHL. I've been trying to get a refund for months, but despite promises, I still haven't received it after five months. I had to place the order again and returned some items, but Coggles claims they can't locate the return even though it was picked up at my home by DHL carrier. It's been nearly two months, and I'm still waiting. No updates unless I chase them, and no compensation offered. Terrible experience.
