Was a bit worried when I read the reviews on here but then seen they are part of the Fraser group, so I went for it and ordered some Y3 trainers that were £70 cheaper than on the other Fraser shops, Flannels, etc. Ordered next day delivery just before midnight at 11:30 and they arrived as described by 12:30 lunch the next day. So looks like the bad reviews are just people with sour grapes
