Contacted Web chat customer service, they demanded photographic proof of their own offer, sent it through for the miserable customer service agent Alisa to say, no longer valid. Even though the sent offer was less than a week old and had no expiry date. No decency to provide another code. Disgusting company. Account deleted, avoid these con artists
