I ordered an item less than 24hours ago.
Sent a message to change it from L to M. Item was not dispatched. They could not help me. Message advised to ask for a refund as item not dispatched. Waited 1 more hour in online Queue to chat. Got through then on new attempt. My account shows that item has not been processed. Over the chat I was informed that it actually is dispatched but on my account it could appear after 24 hour with this update.
Does not sound credible.
So I can’t get a refund but I will get to send the item back for free.
I’m reading other reviews and I wish I never ordered this item as it sounds that it may not even arrive and there is no point to send it back as it will probably not be acknowledged.
