Absolutely bad service! I got the wrong item delivered on my mothers birthday, and they wouldn’t exchange it as they were out it stock by that time!
Did not provide any alternative but to return and refund, no arrangement or alternatives provided.
We were so excited to receive our shoes, firstly waste to time ordering, then a waste of time returning and then pathetic service.
Even the manager did not help solve this! Please do not use this website! Very sad
