I made a simple order online only to find they had messed up my order. I am still waiting for a pair of shoes to arrive and its been 10 days !
Contacting their customer service is like pulling teeth - how hard can it be to send out the correct order.
They made the mistake yet i'm paying for it. Awful company to deal with.
