Long delays in each response from the agent. I could have cooked a Sunday dinner in the time it took to get a response on your online chat.. With regards to my order I waited weeks and it never arrived. I tried to redirect my order with constant phone calls and emails (You never replied)
Now I have just been told you are out of stock which makes no sense at all as I am awaiting for my order in transit!!!
I will NEVER shop with you guys again. I also doubt that this feedback will make a stitch of difference
AVOID!!!
