For those of you who are vigilant about investing (watching for when coins crash and peak), notice how every time the market crashes, Coinbase has "connection issues". During this time it will not allow you to make any purchases. So, now when the coin is at its lowest (hence it is most profitable to buy), Coinbase does not let you buy. Suddenly, when the price has gone up to the point where it is less profitable and more risky to buy, the "connection issues" go away.
