I've been a customer at Coinbase since 2020, my account is fully verified. Two days ago, my send funds feature has been turned off without any explanation. If I didn't click on it myself I wouldn't have even known. No notifications or anything was provided. I've spoken to support they said I need to verify again which I did, and that they will "escalate this matter" which will take 6 days or longer as much as their team needs to fix it.
