For Christmas, I ordered three pairs of heated gloves. I waited 3 weeks to get my product, very disappointed and when I got the shipment, I was more disappointed for the quality. I was expecting a heated gloves with powerful lithium batteries but instead got a battery box with a regular AA batteries which doesn’t provide any efficient heating. After using one pair for a week, the side stitches started to fall apart. Very disappointing. At this point, I wanted to return the other unused 2 gloves but found it very difficult to deal with a customer service online.
