“Ordered two gem mugs very pricey. Got two small plastic mugs poor interpretation of gems. Could have purchased at dollar tree for 1.25. My estimated value. Wouldn't hesitate to throw in trash.”
“For Christmas, I ordered three pairs of heated gloves. I waited 3 weeks to get my product, very disappointed and when I got the shipment, I was more disappointed for the quality. I was expecting a heated gloves with powerful lithium batteries but instead got a battery box with a regular AA batteries which doesn’t provide any efficient heating. After using one pair for a week, the side stitches started to fall apart. Very disappointing. At this point, I wanted to return the other unused 2 gloves but found it very difficult to deal with a customer service online. Do not buy from this company or companies dealing directly with Chinese products
